EXPERIENCE
Co-architected DCLI's enterprise design system, establishing a shared visual language and component library adopted across product teams. Served as lead designer on the MyDCLI customer-facing app, driving end-to-end UX from discovery through delivery. Designed Zenon, an internal operations tool built to streamline key workflows across the organization. Mentored junior and mid-level designers through critique sessions, design reviews, and hands-on pairing. Pioneered the integration of AI-powered design tools — including Figma Make and Claude — into the team's workflow, accelerating ideation and production velocity.

Founded and built the UX Department from the ground up, establishing foundational processes and frameworks to support a user-centered design approach across the organization. Introduced and standardized user testing protocols, leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Developed and implemented a comprehensive design system for Covered's Lead Management System, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform. Interviewed, hired, and managed a full department of UX designers.

Led implementation of ADA compliance guidelines across internal programs and applications, collaborating directly with development teams to integrate accessibility features including keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and color contrast adjustments — ensuring full AA and AAA standards compliance. Facilitated cross-functional communication between UX and Development, establishing regular touchpoints and shared workflows that increased UX involvement throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Led creative direction for Lowe's Production Design team, owning homepage design and weekly visual treatment. Drove the modernization of Lowe's Genesis Checkout System — developing personas, journey maps, and spearheading in-store A/B testing to gather real-time feedback. Collaborated closely with developers to consolidate multiple design systems into a unified, token-based system, and created the branding and design for Lowe's "Backyard" design system, including an internal design system website used across the entire org.

Designed and enhanced FoodLion.com in collaboration with the Marketing team, contributing to user-friendly interfaces and seamless navigation. Created component specs and variants for Adobe AEM implementation, designed marketing emails, and built new platform features including online ordering, a recipe portal, a wallet system, and a rewards card system.

Created home brochures, photographed properties, and managed web and magazine listings. Designed advertisements for both web and local print. Developed a more efficient Adobe InDesign workflow for listing management that saved significant hours of production time across multiple magazine runs.
