LEAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEMÂ (LMS)
I created a prototype for Covered's Lead Management System aimed at replacing Salesforce, designed specifically to enhance the efficiency of agents tracking customer interactions. The system allows agents to manage both incoming and outgoing calls seamlessly, ensuring they can easily keep tabs on leads.
Key features include:
Lead Management: Agents can sign customers up for new insurance directly through the system, streamlining the onboarding process.
Personalized Notes: Agents can leave detailed, personalized notes for each lead, improving the quality of follow-up interactions and customer relationships.
Call Tracking: The system tracks all call activities, providing a comprehensive view of each lead's history and interactions.
Policy Monitoring: Agents can monitor existing policies associated with leads, helping them provide relevant information and assistance.
Agent Performance Monitoring: The system includes tools to monitor agents' time on the phone, which can help assess productivity and efficiency.
